Notes |
- Watt King was a miner. His death certificate says he burned to death in Constellation, Arizona. I found a site called ghosttowns.com that included a little bit on Constellation. It was established in 1901, and had abt 6 buildings, including a 2 story saloon, gambling den, dance hall, store, and saloon. An author named Frank Crampton, Deep Enough (is that his books name) was her before 1910 and wrote of his experiences. The town is gone but the rubble of three mines are still around, the Monte Cristo, Gold Bar, and the Black Rock. The site includes a few pictures of the mine remains.
